Prices

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include VAT.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-observance of supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to La Route Des Epices. In the event of product unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Terms of payment

Payment by Twint or credit card via Sumup

Delivery and transport

Available items are dispatched by post within approximately 3 to 7 days in Switzerland only, after receipt of payment. Postage 7.00, free for purchases over 70.00.

Return

Items must be returned undamaged and complete, in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery note after our agreement. You are responsible for the return postage costs.

Legal warranty

Check the condition of delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.
